Logistics
Information about Bathrooms
Location: Bathrooms are available on-site.
Signage: Clear signage will be provided to guide attendees.
Announcement: Bathroom locations will be mentioned during the introduction.

Water Station: A water station is located outside the suite to the left.
Signage: Signage will be available to direct attendees to the water station.
Announcement: The water station will be mentioned during the introduction.
Name Tags
Provision: Name tags will be provided, and guests can write their own names upon arrival.
Information about Parking & How to Get to the Office
Guidance: Volunteers and signage will guide attendees from the front entrance to the office suite.
Support: Slalom volunteers will be available to assist attendees in finding their way.

Sign-Up Sheet: A sign-up sheet will be managed by 1-2 Slalom volunteers who will help sign in people upon entry into the Office Suite/Event Space.
Seating
Seating Arrangement: Attendees can sit at any desk or office chair from which the projector screen is visible.
