PyData Madrid vuelve en junio para hablar de Python, datos, visualización, inteligencia artificial, ¡Y lo que surja!

Nuestra última reunión antes del parón veraniego se realizará en las instalaciones de Informática del Ayuntamiento de Madrid (calle Albarracín 33), quienes generosamente nos ceden su espacio Ágora.

Tendremos el placer de contar con tres charlas:

• Madrid Inteligencia Artificial (MAIA), el grupo de IA del Ayuntamiento de Madrid (18:45-19:15) hablará sobre LoRO, una ontología desarrollada por el Ayuntamiento de Madrid para la anotación de documentos normativos locales y la construcción de grafos de conocimiento jurídico (en español).
• Carlos Gil Bellosta (19:15-19:45), CEO en Circiter, presentará "Kepler y Bayes se encuentran en un bar", sobre el famoso resultado de Kepler sobre las órbitas elípticas y reivindicando métodos bayesianos y análisis de datos pequeños (en español).
• José Manuel Pandelo (19:50-20:00), AI Engineer en Indra, dará una charla rápida sobre los componentes abiertos necesarios para crear arquitecturas de IA soberanas y resilientes (en español).

Después de la reunión, iremos a un bar cercano a hacer networking.

Recomendaciones generales:

• ¿Sabes mucho de Python y Datos? ¿Sabes poco y quieres saber más? ¡En ambos casos, te damos la bienvenida!
• Aplica "la regla del comecocos": si estás en un círculo, deja siempre un hueco para que otra persona se pueda unir.
• Puede haber asistentes que no hablen bien español y que se manejen mejor en inglés. Sé paciente y ¡No dejes que se aburran!

PyData Madrid returns in December to talk about Python, data, visualization, artificial intelligence, and whatever else comes up!

Our last event of the year will take place at Informática del Ayuntamiento de Madrid (33 Albarracín st.), who generously provides us with a venue, their Ágora space.

This time, we are excited to present these two talks:

• Madrid Inteligencia Artificial (MAIA), the AI group at Ayuntamiento de Madrid (18:45-19:15) will talk about LoRO, an ontology developed by the Municipality of Madrid for the annotation of local regulatory documents and the construction of regulatory knowledge graphs (in Spanish).
• Carlos Gil Bellosta (19:15-19:45), CEO at Circiter, will give a talk titled "Kepler and Bayes meet in a bar", about the famous result by Kepler on elliptic orbits and defending bayesian methods and small data (in Spanish).
• José Manuel Pandelo (19:50-20:00), AI Engineer at Indra, will give a lightning talk about architectures for sovereign and resilient AI (in Spanish).

After the meeting, we will go to a nearby bar to do some networking.

General recommendations:

• Are you an expert in Python and Data? Are you a beginner and want to learn more? In both cases, you are very welcome!
• Apply the "Pac-man rule": if you're in a circle, leave a gap so that someone else can join.
• If you don't speak good Spanish, we will do our best to make you feel comfortable. But be mindful that other attendees might want to use their native language in larger conversations. Use this opportunity to practice your Spanish! If you are bored, feel free to approach the organizers and say «Hi!»
