Cassandra will explore how design can secure an equal seat at the table alongside product, engineering, and other disciplines to drive growth and impact within organizations. She will discuss the typical tensions that arise between design and other departments and how to overcome these challenges to foster collaboration and innovation.

Losing Your Job, Without Losing Your Mind
Gregor will share his personal journey of facing layoffs in the tech industry and offer insights into reframing negative experiences into opportunities for growth. Focusing on the 6 F's—F**k, Failure, Finance, Family, Fitness, and Fear—Gregor will provide practical tools and mindset shifts to help individuals cope with job loss and navigate uncertain times.
