Este mes nos juntaremos en las oficinas de Adyen (calle Serrano 37), quienes generosamente han cedido su espacio.

En esta ocasión, tendremos el placer de contar con dos charlas:

• Zorana Bankovic y Martín Iglesias (19:15-19:45), Senior Data Scientist y Senior Machine Learning Engineer en Adyen respectivamente, hablarán de cómo están mejoran do la eficiencia operacional de sus equipos usando procesamiento del lenguaje natural y LLMs (en inglés).
• Irene Rodríguez (20:00-20:30), Lead Data Scientist en Verti, desgranará los secretos de los pipelines de scikit-learn y cómo hacer búsquedas de hiperparámetros con ellos (en español).

Después de la reunión, nos quedaremos haciendo networking en las oficinas de Adyen.

• ¿Sabes mucho de Python y Datos? ¿Sabes poco y quieres saber más? ¡En ambos casos, te damos la bienvenida!

• Puede haber asistentes que no hablen bien español y que se manejen mejor en inglés. Sé paciente y ¡no dejes que se aburran!

This event will take place at Adyen (37 Serrano st).

This time, we will have the pleasure of having two talks:

• Zorana Bankovic and Martín Iglesias (19:15-19:45), Senior Data Scientist and Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Adyen respectively, will talk about driving operational efficiency using NLP and LLMs (in English).
• Irene Rodríguez (20:00-20:30), Lead Data Scientist at Verti, will do a deep dive into scikit-learn pipelines and how to perform hyperparameter search with them (in Spanish).

After the meeting, we will stay in the Adyen offices to do some networking.

General recommendations:

• Are you an expert in Python and Data? Are you a beginner and you want to learn more? In both cases, you are very welcome!
• Apply the "Pacman rule": if you're in a circle, leave a gap so that someone else can join.
• If you don't speak good Spanish, we will do our best to make you feel comfortable. But be mindful that other attendees might want to use their native language in larger conversations. Use this opportunity to practice your Spanish! If you are bored, feel free approach the organizers and say «Hi!»
