Connecting Canada - Lessons from Mapping Intercity Connections
Over the last five years, Sean Marshall has attempted to map every intercity transportation link - bus and rail - in Canada. With the withdrawal of Greyhound and the rise of small, intercommunity links, this work is more important than ever.
Speaker:
Sean Marshall is a Toronto-based geographer and writer, focusing on public transportation, pedestrian safety, and local politics. Sean is a co-founder of Walk Toronto, and has advocated for sustainable transport for over two decades.
