Topic: Noise Cameras: New Tech to Solve an Old Problem
Are you tired of the loud vehicles on our streets? Many are! Join us to hear from the manufacturer of noise cameras that are in use in 8 cities on 3 continents, including New York City.
Speaker:
Reuben Peckham is Director of Intelligent Instruments, which produces SoundVue cameras. He has been with the company for the development of these cameras through a number of different iterations. He will share about their evolution, how they work, how the back end evidence package is captured and the driver (hopefully) ticketed and charged.
Presented in partnership with No More Noise Toronto
Agenda:
7:00-7:20 = Welcome and Introductions
7:20-7:50 = Presentation and Q&A/discussion
7:50-9:00 = Breakout groups
Code of Conduct:
Check in with us on the Civic Tech Toronto Slack:
