Emily is the Head of Service Delivery for Transit, North America's top rated multimodal public transportation trip planning app. She manages the Partner Success, User Support and Project Management teams for Transit, ensuring the successful delivery of all external services for transit agencies, partners and users. She previously worked in Partnerships for Transit.
