Ready to join in on the fun?
Join us for a focused, collaborative session where we explore how AI coding assistants can supercharge our personal projects. Whether you're a seasoned developer or a curious beginner, bring your side projects and dive into a 5-hour "Vibe CodeLab." This is a working session, not a class—you're free to use any tools you want (except DeepSeek AI, which is blocked on the provided Wi-Fi).
It's also Hacktoberfest! If you're working on an open-source project, this is the perfect time to knock out some issues or submit a pull request with help from other attendees.
Not interested in using AI or contributing to open-source? No problem! You can be a "vibe debugger" instead. Help others troubleshoot their projects and marvel at the creative (and sometimes chaotic) code generated by the AI.
The session runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Come and go as you need to. We'll have a break around noon for an informal pizza lunch and networking. Stick around at the end for an optional showcase where you can share the best (or worst) of what you've built.

- Cost: "Pay what you want" for pizza or bring your own lunch.
- What to bring: Your laptop and a personal project.
- Attendance: Limited to 50 participants.
